Our monthly value plan includes preventive maintenance for up to 4 workstations ensuring they are up to date and running smoothly with the latest software patches, anti-virus protection, and performance tune-ups. You will receive scheduled maintenance and monitoring on each computer to check for any issues and take pro-active measures to alleviate any foreseeable computer issues before they occur. This plan includes:
- 2 hours of scheduled on-site maintenance per month
- Access to the Kiscal service desk which includes:
- Computer monitoring/diagnostics
- Unlimited service desk calls per month
- 1 hour of remote repairs per month
- Discounted hourly rate of $20 / 15 minute segment for any additional remote service
- Discounted hourly rate of $100 / hr for any additional on-site service

KisCare plus Network
The plus network plan provides you with everything listed in the premium plan plus scheduled network maintenance for up to 10 network devices. Our technicians will perform firmware updates, performance tune-ups, and monitor your network devices for security issues. Devices covered under the Plus plan include: routers, switches, modems, firewalls, VPN, phone systems, network printers, network scanners, and network attached storage (NAS).
In addition to the Premium Plan, you will also receive:
- 2 hours of scheduled on-site network maintenance per month
- An additional 1 hour (3 hours total) of remote repairs per month
- Network security monitoring
